Hi, my name is Becky.  I am a 41 year old mom to two great boys.  William is seven and Jonathan is five and I homeschool them.

I've been happily married to my hubby for 14½ years - that's also how long we've been married - hee hee!  (Get it?)

I'm an emotional creature although I strive for balance in my life!  My biggest battle is often with fear and the "what ifs".  I have a few health issues that I am working to overcome.  I want to live the healthiest life I possibly can.  I have an inherited kidney disease and while I have no symptoms as yet - it is the thing that crowds my mind as far as fear is concerned.  My mom also has this disease as well as my cousin.

I have lived in Alabama for almost 18 years but it doesn't quite feel like home to me - there's no fondness there you might say.  I am originally from Tennessee and I visit often since it is only an hour away and that is where my family lives.  It doesn't quite feel like home either - I suppose home really is where your heart is and mine is with my family.

My hubby and I have an infertility story that we like to share.  We tried for seven years to get pregnant and then we had our miracle.  In 1999 God healed me of PCOS and in February of 2000 he gave us a word through someone else that He was about to give us the thing we had been praying for and wanting for so long - by Easter.  That was pretty specific!  Easter Sunday we found out we were expecting and had William in December.  21 months later we had Jonathan.

We had a miracle baby too, after my bout with endometriosis. Then we had another, a grace gift.
